Shipping Information
Processing Time
We work hard to get orders out as quickly as possible.
- Orders placed before 2:45 PM PST (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after the daily cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.
Please note that order processing times and carrier transit times are separate.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship through UPS and FedEx.
Available shipping options may include:
- Ground Shipping
- Expedited Shipping
- 2-Day Air
- Overnight Shipping
USPS shipping is available for P.O. Box addresses only. Customers shipping to a P.O. Box must select a USPS shipping option at checkout, as UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to most P.O. Box addresses.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and selected service level.
Orders qualifying for promotional shipping will automatically receive the applicable shipping discount.

- Free Ground Shipping on orders over $90
- Free 2-Day Air Shipping on orders over $200

Delivery Estimates
All delivery dates displayed at checkout are estimates only.
Carrier transit times are not guaranteed and may be affected by:
- Weather
- Carrier volume
- Routing issues
- Mechanical delays
- Missed scans
- Local delivery conditions
- Holidays
- Other circumstances outside our control
MonsterSR cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has been transferred to the carrier.
Weekend Delivery
Weekend delivery is not guaranteed regardless of shipping method selected.
Orders placed on Thursdays, Fridays, weekends, or holidays should expect delivery the following business week unless the carrier specifically provides and guarantees weekend delivery service.
UPS and FedEx expedited shipping services count business days only unless a specific Saturday delivery service is purchased and available in your area.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order ships.
Tracking updates may occasionally pause while packages are moving between carrier facilities. This does not necessarily indicate a problem with your shipment.
For the most accurate and up-to-date delivery information, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Shipping Disclaimer
Carrier Responsibility
Once a package has been accepted by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or any other carrier, shipping and delivery become the responsibility of that carrier.
MonsterSR does not control:
- Carrier routing decisions
- Delivery schedules
- Transit delays
- Weather-related disruptions
- Missed scans
- Carrier investigations
We have access to the same tracking information available to customers.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
Please carefully verify:
- Name
- Street address
- Apartment or suite numbers
- City
- State
- ZIP code
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in:
- Delivery delays
- Returned packages
- Failed delivery attempts
- Additional shipping charges
Once an order has shipped, carriers do not always allow address modifications or intercept requests.
MonsterSR is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
P.O. Box Addresses
Orders shipping to a P.O. Box must use a USPS shipping method.
If a non-USPS shipping option is selected for a P.O. Box address, processing may be delayed while we contact you for an updated address or shipping method.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, MonsterSR's shipping obligation is considered fulfilled.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost packages after delivery
- Stolen packages after delivery
- Missing packages after delivery
- Delivery errors occurring after confirmed delivery
Successfully delivered orders are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or reshipments unless a documented carrier misdelivery or carrier error can be verified.
Customers experiencing issues with a delivered package should contact the carrier directly.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
MonsterSR is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, missed scans, routing issues, customs delays (if applicable), or other transit interruptions after a package has been transferred to the carrier.
If a package is officially marked as lost by the carrier or returned to sender, please contact us so we can review available options.
Product Liability & Research Use
All products sold by MonsterSR are sold strictly for research purposes only and are provided "as is."
MonsterSR is not liable for:
- Product misuse
- Improper storage
- Improper handling
- Damages resulting from use of products
Products are not intended for human consumption or resale.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws before purchasing.
MonsterSR makes no guarantees regarding legality in specific jurisdictions.
Returns & Refunds
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final once an order has shipped.
Requests for cancellations must be made before an order has been processed and shipped.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of all packaging materials
- Photos of the product received
Failure to provide supporting documentation may prevent us from investigating the issue.
