• Double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

• Enter a valid email address for tracking. Your order confirmation, shipping updates and tracking information will be sent there.

• USPS is for P.O. Boxes only. If you choose USPS, tracking updates may be less frequent than UPS or FedEx, and scans can sometimes go several days without updating. If you rely on frequent tracking updates, we recommend selecting UPS or FedEx.

• Need your order by a specific date? Please order early and plan accordingly. While we ship orders quickly, carrier delays can happen and are outside of our control! Once your package has been shipped, your carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS) can provide the most up-to-date tracking information.

Shipping & Processing

  • Orders placed before 2:45 PM PST (Mon–Fri) ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day.
  • USPS shipping is available for P.O. Box addresses only.

Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • UPS and FedEx expedited services count business days only unless Saturday delivery is specifically purchased and available.
  • Weekend delivery cannot be guaranteed regardless of shipping method selected.
  • Tracking updates may occasionally pause while packages are moving between carrier facilities.

Carrier Responsibility

  • Once a package has been accepted by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another carrier, delivery timing and tracking updates are controlled by the carrier.
  • For the most accurate delivery information, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
  • MonsterSR is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, missed scans, routing issues, or other transit interruptions after a package has been transferred to the carrier.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays, returned packages, failed delivery attempts, or additional shipping charges.
  • Once an order has shipped, carriers do not always allow address modifications.
  • MonsterSR is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Delivered Packages

  • Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, MonsterSR's shipping obligation is considered fulfilled.
  • MonsterSR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after confirmed delivery.
  • Successfully delivered orders are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or reshipments unless a documented carrier error can be verified.
