We are shipping out orders as quickly as possible! Orders placed before 12:00 pm pst ship same business day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.

Please keep in mind that the proposed regulation could go into effect at any time. If that happens before your order ships, any unshipped orders will unfortunately need to be canceled and fully refunded. Once your order has shipped, it will not be affected.

Before You Contact Us About Your Shipment

For the most up-to-date tracking information, we recommend contacting UPS, USPS, or FedEx directly. Carriers have access to additional tracking details, GPS delivery data and internal scan information that we do not. They can provide insight into delays, delivery scans and your package's location.

Please note: Packages dropped off late Friday or Saturday may not show tracking movement until Monday due to limited weekend carrier processing. This is completely normal and does not necessarily indicate a shipping issue.
